Lara brings an impressive educational and work background to her role as Director of Sponsorship and Events at BMN. As a graduate of several post-secondary programs in business administration, marketing and new media, she draws on copious amounts of creativity, innovation and business acumen. In addition, she is an accredited fitness instructor, specializing in pre- and post-natal fitness, as well as a seasoned event planner. Her studies in entrepreneurship not only helped her in developing and growing her own businesses, she has also counselled other business owners in areas of marketing, merchandising and promotion. She resides in Port Moody with her spirited 3 year old son Ayden.

Karen's life is a busy one. Currently working on her MBA, managing her own business, and caring for two kids under four, she barely has time to make dinner. Karen uses her background in marketing and design to run Kaper Creative, an advertising collective that can help get your business going with a logo, website, and brochure design, photography, and more. Karen and her team have helped many moms launch and grow their businesses. Just ask Jennifer how good her work is!

Jennifer has been sharing her knowledge of image and etiquette with individuals and organizations for years. Combined with her extensive training in her field and positions held within the corporate and retail sectors, Jennifer knows first hand how important image is to maintain (especially when so many of us let it go when kids come along!) when trying to reach your professional and personal goals.
